Pathology Software Tester – All Disciplines
The members of our software testing team are instrumental in ensuring the release of quality pathology applications for our customers.
The successful candidate will work alongside other members of the team and will follow our ISO accredited testing processes.
What you’ll need: •Excellent verbal and written communications skills; including communicating with technical and non technical customers and staff
•Good documentation and motivational skills
•Ability to organise and prioritise effectively and work independently
•BMS 2 grade with 2-3 year experience in a pathology laboratory
•Experience in line management or team leading would be beneficial although not essential.
After training, what you’ll do: •Follow accredited testing procedures
•Analyse specification documentation and the production of test scripts and realistic scenarios based upon pathology workflows
•Thoroughly document any issues raised through the pathology functional and system testing within the testing management systems
•Liaise with developers, technical authors, business analysts, and other departments on all areas of testing and to provide assistance
as required especially with regard to pathology specifics.
